will try again
we were glad when Mr Prosanna Bhattacharjee, Executive Housekeeper arranged to change our room to a quiter location, as we could not sleep the night before due to the loud music liberating through the floor, very kind and thoughtful of him. The morning shift Floor in charge CHANDRIMA was helpful for our room requirements. Mr Tabrez and the staff at the BRIDGE restaurants were great for all 3 days of Breakfast.
the front desk lady Ms Diya, was not helpful, i think if not for the Front Desk Manager, i think we would have to find a new hotel even though we had paid for 3 nights.
